Canada West was divided into 19 districts at the time of this census, however only returns from three districts have survived relatively complete (Huron, Newcastle and Johnstown). There are other returns from isolated areas but most of the returns no longer exist.
This census form was quite long (10 pages) and it appears on film backwards. Therefore you must be careful and keep track of the page numbers.
